Rent Collection Policy

• Rent payments are due on the first day of each month.
• Resident’s accounts are delinquent if payment is not received by the Authority’s banking institution by the close of business on the 5th of the month.
• Rent payments are due and payable to The Housing Authority of Danville. 
• Late rent payments (after the 5th day of the month) must be paid to the Authority only by cashier’s check, certified check, or money orders. Late payments must include late charge.  Late Payments must be made at the Administrative Office or drop in the marked box at the Administration Building, 1014 Rosemont Avenue.
