Coyle Manor

Coyle Manor is a 20-unit family housing complex off Fourth Street in the City of Perryville, which is 12 miles west of Danville. The site features zero to four-bedroom townhouse and one-story units.

Coyle Manor was constructed in 1972 and has had ongoing renovations including current window replacement and installation of central air conditioning. Apartments have washer hookups and there are handicapped accessible units available within the complex. A small community center on site is home to programs and activities for residents including a summer free lunch program for children.

Coyle Manor is in Boyle County’s Perryville Elementary School district and the school is adjacent to the housing complex. The housing site is within walking distance of Perryville’s historic Merchants’ Row, which stands, on the banks of the Chaplain River. It is also within a short driving distance of the Perryville Battlefield Historic Site, which features a large picnic and playground area as well as a Civil War museum.

Location
