Maintenance Services

The Department of Maintenance Services currently includes 10 full- and part-time employees. In addition, contractors and other service providers are on-site performing various renovations and seasonal maintenance. The Department ensures efficient uses of Authority funds through our combination of inspections, preventive maintenance, and strategic capital outlays.

The department provides:

• Facilities Maintenance
• Vacant Unit Restoration (Unit Turnaround)
• Grounds Keeping Services
• Inventory Management
• Landscaping

Maintenance Fees Notice

Reasonable maintenance fees are charged to residents for maintenance and repair needs that are not attributed to normal wear and tear.
