RE-EXAM PACKETS ARE DUE NOW

Our Housing Managers are working hard to process the annual re-exam packets for our family sites.

There are still a lot of our residents who have yet to return their packets with the required information needed for processing. This is a requirement annually to make sure everyone’s information is up-to-date. To stay in compliance with your lease agreement and to make sure you do not receive a lease violation, please work to return those as soon as possible.

If you have not completed and returned your packet, contact your Housing Manager immediately. You may return your packet through mail delivery or by dropping it off in our drop box located on the front of our central office, located at 1014 Rosemont Avenue.

When returning your completed packet be sure you include proof of all current income for all household members, current vehicle registration and proof of insurance, and updated pet rabies certificate and county dog license.

Please remember that every adult in your household MUST complete, sign, and return their community service and release of information forms
